Booking details
Your wedding is an incredibly heartfelt chapter in your story, and it means so much to be considered as part of it. Many couples reach out 9 to 12 months in advance, so I always recommend getting in touch early. A $300 deposit is all that’s needed to secure your date. Prices are subject to change; however, once booked, your price is locked in.
How it works
Before your Wedding:
- To get started, simply fill out the contact form (hyperlink this), and I’ll send you a Wedding Booking Form. Choose the package that best suits you, and once I receive the form, I’ll check availability.
- A $330 non-refundable deposit will secure your date, and I’ll follow up with a personal confirmation email, outlining everything you need to know and the next steps.
- If there’s anything you’d like to talk through - I’m always happy to connect.
- We’ll arrange a consultation - ideally 1 to 3 months before your wedding - to walk through your timeline, and focus on the details that matter most to you.
- Whenever possible, this consultation takes place at your wedding venue to help us thoughtfully plan around the space and light.
On the Day:
- Relax and enjoy as I capture your special day.
- I’ll gently guide when needed, but give you space to enjoy each moment as it unfolds.
- From the quiet in-betweens to the joyful highs, I’ll be there to capture the emotions and essence of your day.
After your Wedding:
- I’ll share a curated selection of your photos the following day - a small preview of what’s to come!
- Your full gallery - professionally and meticulously edited in high-resolution - will be ready within six weeks.
- Your photos are delivered watermark-free in a private online gallery, where you can download, share, and order prints with ease. They’re fully licensed to you for personal use, while copyright remains with Captured by Katherine.
